Location: Terrapin Trader Surplus Property Facility located in the
Physical Distribution Center , Bldg. #383 on Paint Branch Parkway
in College Park , Maryland .

Condition: All surplus property is sold “AS IS WHERE IS”and with all faults, at the
Terrapin Trader Surplus Property facility. The University of Maryland makes no
warranties of any kind, express or implied, oral or in writing, regarding the nature,
value, quality, character, condition, weight or size of any surplus equipment.
The University of Maryland makes no warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose or any other express or implied warranty.

BID INFORMATION
Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect each item carefully before placing a bid.
All surplus property is sold “AS IS WHERE IS” at the Terrapin Trader Surplus Property facility.
Surplus Property items may be inspected during the normal Terrapin Trader hours of operation,
Tuesday through Friday 10:00AM – 3:00PM.

The University of Maryland reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
If Terrapin Trader accepts a bid, only the successful bidder will be formally notified that they have won
the bid and of the procedures to transfer ownership. The Terrapin Trader will release purchased property
only to the purchaser or his or her authorized representative, as evidenced by written authorization from the purchaser.

Defaulting on a winning bid may result in exclusion of the Bidder from any future bidding at the Terrapin Trader.
Bidding privileges will be reinstated when a re-listing fee of $100.00 or the difference between the next highest bid,
which ever is greater has been paid in full.
