Please print forms and make copies.

To print forms click on desired form, click on "File" and then "Print". Forms will print on 8 1/2 x 11" size paper. Please be advised your margins must be set at "ZERO" to print properly. To change Margins go to "Page Setup" and change each margin to "zero".
