Procurement Information is provided through the Procurement Web System (PRO WEB), which provides a link to on-line inquiries on purchase requisition status, purchase orders, payments, and vendor name/address. Information can easily be retrieved based on the entry of vendor name, FEI #, FRS account number, requisition number, purchase order number or invoice number.

This is a secured function, which is restricted to authorized University of Maryland users. Access to this function requires an UMID and PIN as well as department code/FAS account number security. Refer to Applying for Access for instructions. If you have not already logged in using the Login function on the ARES home page , you will be asked to Log in after you clicked on Data Retrieval.
