Master Order Release : This is an alternative method under $2,500 and the only method for departments to order on their own over $2,500. Give the contract vendor the University’s Master Order Number in order to assure proper pricing and contract terms. Then use a Master Order Release "MC" Number as a unique "purchase order" number. Ask the vendor to reference the "MC" number on the invoice sent to Accounts Payable. Complete the Master Order Release and distribute copies as indicate on the form. |
